Can I upgrade to a higher package from the Starter package?

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher package at any time. StoreTrack offers the Professional and Expert packages that provide additional features and higher limits on the number of locations.

What payment methods can I use to pay for StoreTrack?

StoreTrack accepts payments through Stripe, a secure and widely-used online payment processor. Through Stripe we accept credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Bancontact, EPS, giropay and iDeal payments.

Is there a limit on the number of locations I can track with the Starter package?

Yes, the Starter package allows you to track and manage up to 100 store locations. If you require a higher limit, you may consider upgrading to the Professional or Expert package.

Is support included in all the pricing packages?

Yes, support is included in all the pricing packages of StoreTrack. Customers can access support services for any inquiries or issues they may encounter while using the tool. Expert customers can also receive priority support to get the even faster support.
